What does 'from' actually mean?

It's the price for the scope described in that tier — typical for ~80% of projects in that bracket. If your scope is genuinely larger (more pages, more roles, more integrations), the final figure will be higher. We always quote the exact number in writing before any commitment, and we don't change it mid-project.

Can we pay in installments?

Yes. The default split is 40% on kickoff, 30% at design sign-off, 30% on launch. For Enterprise and SaaS engagements we work to a monthly billing schedule aligned to milestones.

What if we want to add scope mid-project?

We use a simple change-request system. New scope is quoted as a fixed-price addendum or a per-day rate, and we never start work on it without your sign-off. No surprise invoices.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

On Starter and Business tiers, if we deliver the design phase and you're not aligned, you can walk away with the assets we produced and a refund of remaining engineering fees. We've never had to invoke this, but it's the deal.

Do you take equity instead of cash for early-stage founders?

Occasionally — for founders we believe in and projects we want long-term involvement with. Default is cash; equity hybrids are discussed case by case.

What about local currencies?

USD is our default published currency. We invoice and accept payment in BDT, AED, SAR, CAD, and AUD on request. Stripe, Wise, and direct bank transfer all work.
